Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using URL to Design.md, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

URL to Design.md helps signed-in users turn public HTTP/HTTPS webpages into Markdown design context for AI coding workflows. Outputs may include DESIGN.md content, detected visual tokens, evidence labels, handoff prompts, screenshots when available, and generation history.

The service does not provide editable Figma layers, private-page access, pixel-perfect reconstruction, legal permission to copy protected materials, or guaranteed accuracy. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Generation, history, billing, and dashboard access may require a signed-in account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit private, logged-in, localhost, internal, non-public, or unauthorized URLs.
• Submit URLs containing embedded credentials, tokens, passwords, session identifiers, or other secrets.
• Use the service to copy protected logos, images, fonts, source code, proprietary UI, or third-party assets without permission.
• Use outputs to impersonate another brand, mislead users, violate laws, infringe rights, or bypass access controls.
• Probe, overload, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers.
• Resell, automate, or bulk-run the service in a way that avoids limits, billing, or abuse controls.

We may block inputs, refuse generations, limit usage, suspend accounts, or remove access when these rules are violated.

User Responsibility For Inputs And Outputs

You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use generated outputs. Outputs are generated from public page evidence and AI-assisted interpretation, so they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require review. Evidence labels such as detected, inferred, and needs review are guidance, not guarantees.

Before using an output, review it for accuracy, originality, rights clearance, security, and suitability for your project.

Payment And Billing

Paid features are sold as one-time credit packs unless the checkout page states otherwise. One credit generates a DESIGN.md; a full design-system package costs two credits; upgrading an existing DESIGN.md to the package costs one additional credit. Credit packs add permanent credits to the signed-in account used at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store full card numbers.

Purchased credits are intended for generation and related product workflows. Credits may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, failed payments, or account violations. Refunds, cancellations, receipts, taxes, and billing support are handled according to the checkout terms, provider rules, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, brand, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You keep responsibility for your submitted URLs and your use of generated outputs. Subject to these terms and your compliance with third-party rights, you may use generated Markdown and handoff prompts for your own design and development work.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect extraction, complete visual analysis, legally cleared design use, or that outputs will meet every project requirement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
